Quality & Anti-Fraud

Ola City treats trust as something designed into every reward. Rather than a single checkpoint, the quality system runs through multiple sequential layers of defense — every piece of work passes through each layer in turn before it's rewarded:
Main layers:
- Verified skills — contributors must pass an assessment before receiving the corresponding tasks.
- Two-layer evaluation — AI screens, humans decide.
- Multi-dimensional reputation — rewards and opportunities are tied to quality history, not volume of actions.
- Appeals mechanism — honest workers have a channel to protect their interests.
- Fraud control — detects and blocks spam, bots, fake work, and abuse.
| Risk | Defense mechanism |
|---|---|
| Bots / fake accounts | Skill verification + AI anomaly detection + KYC on withdrawal |
| Sloppy work, spam | Human decision + reputation weighting |
| Misjudging good workers | Appeals mechanism with response |
| Referral abuse | Rewards only for real, approved work |
Goal: protect both honest contributors and businesses paying real money — because every fraud attempt blocked is trust preserved for both sides.
